Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school district near Moses Lake, WA. This is a full-time position for the 2024/2025 school year, starting in October 2024 and concluding in June 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language services to students across a wide range of ages and needs.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication abilities and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team.
  • Deliver therapy services to address articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
  • Valid Washington state Speech-Language Pathology licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification or eligibility for certification.
  • Previous experience working with a diverse caseload of students preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
