Job Overview

Vessco Water is in the process of deploying Global Shop Solutions (GSS), an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system across its various divisions to enhance the experience for both customers and team members. We are looking for a dedicated Group ERP Process & Training Specialist to collaborate with our teams throughout the implementation phase at each site and provide essential training on the system and processes.

The foundational training materials are established, and this role will involve tailoring these documents and delivering impactful training sessions to address the specific needs of each location and audience, with assistance from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Effective training and comprehensive documentation are vital for the successful implementation of our ERP/CRM system.

Post-implementation, the Group ERP Process & Training Specialist will continue to support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement initiatives across all divisions of Vessco Water.


Key Responsibilities

• Modify existing training content and materials to align with the specific business requirements, groups, or audiences, creating tailored training resources for each implementation site.


• Oversee all elements of the Global Shop ERP and CRM training program, including scheduling training sessions, liaising with subject matter experts, and managing logistics for training activities across designated locations.


• Deliver training through various methods such as in-person classes, virtual sessions, video tutorials, and on-the-job coaching.


• Collaborate with leadership and team members to design and implement assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness, track progress, and report results.


• Assist in the administration and management of the GSS Learning Management System (LMS), including the development of customized training courses and instructional videos.


• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• An Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
