We are dedicated to designing both new and upgraded systems, as well as implementing energy management solutions. Our services encompass new building commissioning and retro-commissioning, with a focus on minimizing energy consumption while ensuring optimal indoor comfort. Our professional engineers assess the implications of design choices on both immediate capital expenditures and long-term operational costs. Additionally, our team conducts constructability reviews to optimize project budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities:
Utilize a broad spectrum of engineering principles and methodologies to tackle mechanical design projects that are extensive and intricate.
Execute complex tasks that necessitate the innovation of new or enhanced techniques and procedures.
Engage in the interpretation, revision, and/or establishment of Standards of Practice.
Fulfill the responsibilities of a Project Engineer.
May serve as the quality coordinator for projects led by the discipline.
Propose innovative ideas and methodologies, remain updated on advancements in relevant fields, and view challenges as opportunities.

Qualifications:
8-10+ years of relevant experience is essential.
A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license or actively pursuing licensure is preferred.
Technical expertise in the mechanical engineering domain is mandatory.
Previous experience in designing internal piping systems and/or involvement with commercial or industrial structures is advantageous.
Capability to apply advanced techniques and adapt theories, principles, and practices in the design process.
Experience in conducting QA/QC on drawings produced by drafters, designers, and/or design engineers.
Ability to mentor and develop design staff while serving as a resource for design inquiries.
Familiarity with Industry Standard (ISA) P & ID development and assessment.
Proficient in Revit and CAD software.
A strong inclination towards leadership, either currently or in the future.
Exceptional communication abilities.
A collaborative team player who can also operate independently.
Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English for effective communication in job-related contexts.
