Job Title: Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse

As a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to our clients in their homes. This includes assessing patients' medical needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' medical needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients in their homes, including wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical Manager
  • Follow up with and execute doctors' orders
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Qualifications:
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
