About the Role:

As a Youth Care Worker I within our Qualified Residential Treatment Program, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming residents and establishing a positive atmosphere at the start of each day.
  • Leading engaging activities that promote social interaction and creativity.
  • Providing guidance and support to residents as they navigate their challenges.
  • Documenting and reporting on residents' progress while collaborating with the treatment team to create personalized care plans.
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as meal supervision and laundry when necessary.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents during transportation to appointments or activities.

By the end of your shift, you will have contributed to creating a stable and encouraging environment where residents can flourish.

Qualifications:
