Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in the state of Georgia.
- At least one year of experience in a dialysis setting or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
