Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team at The Hire Method, LLC in Burleson, TX. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and schedule maintenance activities, including preventative and corrective maintenance, to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Manage and operate our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, monitor equipment history, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors for the procurement of maintenance-related materials and services, optimizing cost and quality.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to assess equipment needs and determine maintenance priorities.
  • Analyze equipment failures and create strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Maintain inventory of parts, materials, and equipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
Requirements
  • Food or beverage industry experience: Familiarity with industry standards and practices.
  • Purchasing experience: Strong background in procurement and vendor management for maintenance materials.
  • Experience with CMMS programs: Proficient in using maintenance management software for scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Technological skills: Solid understanding of computer systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
