Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist II to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our Imaging Services department, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, evaluating exam appropriateness, and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient conditions and evaluate exam appropriateness
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
  • Analyze computer-acquired data and archive images to PACS
  • Perform quality control for all equipment and adhere to radiation safety standards
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or The American Registry of Radiologic Technologist - Nuclear (ARRT-N) Registry
  • Licensure: If practicing in Arkansas, a Nuclear Medicine Technologist License is required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle complex situations

  • Bachelor's degree
