Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and leading activities of multiple trades workers on-site.

You'll oversee crews to ensure top-quality workmanship, lead by example, and maintain a clean and organized job site. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in driving safety initiatives and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Take personal responsibility for working safely within our Incident and Injury Free culture.
  • Coordinate, direct, and lead team members engaged in construction trade activities.
  • Oversee crews to obtain top-quality workmanship.
  • Recognize and communicate any priority projects or issues to the Superintendent or Project Manager.
  • Closely work with the project team to provide calculations on hours worked, materials needed, and staffing resources.
  • Routinely perform quantity take-offs for construction materials.
  • Regularly communicate about repair and maintenance needs on all major pieces of equipment on assigned jobs.
  • Ensure that team members are trained in and comply with all required safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A history of progressively more responsible leadership experience and proven results.
  • Familiarity with construction management software.
  • Solid understanding of building plans and specifications.
  • Proven results in driving safety initiatives and compliance.
