As a Horticultural Technician, you'll:

• Plan and prepare for daily shifts.
• Travel to job sites in our modern fleet.
• Develop your skills in plant care, mulching, pruning, and garden maintenance.

• At least 1 year of professional horticulture experience.
• Thrives in open-communication environments.
• Arrives on time and ready to collaborate.
• Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions.
• Lifts >50lbs, twists, bends, kneels, and works on uneven ground.
• Experienced with hand tools, power tools, and horticultural equipment.
• Valid driver's license and commuting ability.
• Compliant with state-issued drug testing.
