Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, compose, and capture product and lifestyle photographs while ensuring consistency across various items in line with our Photography Standards.
  • Implement standard photography procedures, including image editing techniques and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to identify key product features for emphasis.
  • Manage image file creation, color correction, and archival processes according to studio protocols.
  • Ensure all technical, aesthetic, and production requirements are met during studio photo shoots.
  • Adapt to the demands of a high-volume studio while upholding quality standards.
  • Maintain records of equipment and ensure the security of assigned tools.
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a photography studio management role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital photography, ideally in furniture or fashion.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Capture One within a Mac OSX environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and engage effectively with team members.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
  • Must be capable of lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs and successfully completing a physical assessment.
