Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Cintas is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Route Service Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts in the Rental Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling/cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory.
• Work professionally, safely, and in compliance with driving/vehicle regulations.

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must have a High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
• Have an active driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be willing/able to obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Must have strong Customer Service Skills with a mindset for Sales Growth.
• Must be self-motivated and driven to work as a team to meet goals.
• Must have a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
• Must be able/willing to provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Must be able/willing to meet physical requirements including lifting over 50lbs regularly.
