Your Role:
As a vital member of our Maintenance team, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our plant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute predictive and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment, including bucket elevators, conveyors, compressors, pumps, and both pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure production and quality standards are met by maintaining the functionality of mechanical equipment.
- Identify issues by observing machinery in operation and utilizing precision measuring and testing tools.
- Dismantle defective components safely using hoists, cranes, and various hand and power tools.
- Manage inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Mechanical Maintenance or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy industrial mechanical and millwright roles within a continuous manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to follow-up.
- Proficient in root cause analysis and fault-free techniques.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
