Job Title: MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Cross Country Allied. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for taking medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes using magnetic resonance imaging.

Job Summary:

As an MRI Technologist, you will work in a hospital, outpatient center, private practice, imaging center, or other healthcare facility. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare patients for MRIs, operate MRI technology, process MRIs for radiologists and physicians, and handle patient records.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for MRIs, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly
  • Operate MRI technology, including adjusting settings and ensuring proper functioning
  • Process MRIs for radiologists and physicians, including analyzing images and identifying abnormalities
  • Handle patient records, including maintaining confidentiality and ensuring accurate documentation
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as an MRI Technologist
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license (if applicable)
