Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver developmentally appropriate care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care.
- Utilize critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills to prioritize patient needs and provide timely interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly, ensuring the protection and security of patient health information.
- Adhere to infection prevention initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current State of Texas Registered Nurse license.
- Current AHA BLS Certification.
- Current AHA ACLS Certification.
- Current AHA PALS or ENPC.
- CPI Certification within 6 months of hire.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
