About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Shopper. As a Store Shopper, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize technology to engage with customers and fulfill their orders
  • Accurately and efficiently scan items, make substitutions as needed, and process payments
  • Properly handle product, use necessary equipment, and bag items to ensure safe delivery
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
  • May be expected to perform other customer service duties as needed
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting
  • Ability to use a company-issued device to manage orders and communicate with customers
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take direction and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Problem-solving skills
