Fabrication Specialist

This position offers an attractive salary of $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, in addition to excellent benefits and opportunities for growth within our organization.

• Perform fabrication tasks, including assembling parts for doors, frames, and windows using pneumatic screw guns and drills.
• Operate on/off-loading equipment to handle products from tables and rolling racks.
• Collaborate as part of a dynamic team to achieve production goals.

We're seeking candidates with:

• Construction type experience.
• Strong communication skills to interpret and complete paperwork efficiently.
• The ability to attach necessary paperwork and tags to products and packages.
• Familiarity with basic mathematical measurements and use of a tape measure.
• An uncompromising commitment to workplace safety and a willingness to adapt to changing situations.

The role requires the ability to:

• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Perform heavy lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.
• Push/pull, bend/twist, carry, reach, walk frequently/constantly.
