Aveanna Healthcare is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LVN to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and medical needs.
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care, administering medication and treatments as needed.
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams.
  • Document care provided in our electronic system, ensuring accurate and timely records.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote health and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred, but not required.
