Job Title: Retail Sales Associate Part Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Men's Wearhouse. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encourage and participate in team selling to drive sales growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers from greeting to post-sale contact.
  • Meet and maintain personal sales volume goals while maintaining high-quality sales.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, maintaining a clean and organized store, and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor store security and report any issues to management.
Requirements:
  • Bend down and squat to locate and pick up merchandise.
  • Lift arms and reach over the head to hang or take merchandise off racks.
  • Stand and walk for the majority of the work shift.
  • Frequent bending and twisting at neck and waist, crouching and squatting, reaching above and below shoulder height.
