Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Yacht Cleaning Specialist to join our esteemed team at OneWater Inc. This role is crucial in upholding the immaculate condition of our clients' vessels. The perfect candidate will possess a meticulous eye for detail, a robust work ethic, and a genuine enthusiasm for ensuring that every yacht gleams both inside and out.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive cleaning of yacht interiors and exteriors, encompassing hulls, decks, cabins, and storage areas.
  2. Utilize specialized cleaning agents and tools to eliminate dirt, grime, and salt deposits while safeguarding delicate surfaces.
  3. Examine yachts for any damages or maintenance concerns and communicate findings to management.
  4. Polish and wax yacht surfaces to restore and preserve their luster and shield against environmental wear.
  5. Clean and maintain yacht accessories such as windows, hatches, and metal fittings.
  6. Vacuum and shampoo carpets, upholstery, and other soft furnishings as required.
  7. Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  8. Follow safety protocols and procedures diligently to ensure a secure working environment.
  9. Effectively communicate with team members and clients to coordinate cleaning schedules and guarantee customer satisfaction.
  10. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the yacht detailing department.

Qualifications:
  1. Prior experience in yacht detailing, automotive detailing, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment while upholding high-quality standards.
  3. Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
  4. Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy items and work outdoors.
  5. Familiarity with cleaning methods, products, and equipment utilized in yacht detailing.
  6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
