Billing Customer Support Representative Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Auto Service team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Billing Customer Support Representative, you will receive calls from current policyholders regarding billing information or use of the internet. Key responsibilities include providing general billing information, processing endorsements, taking payments, and processing payment plan changes.

As a Billing Customer Support Representative, you will participate in an up-skilling program to complete GEICO Service Training and licensing over time.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience providing exceptional customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
  • An effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic
  • Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
  • Open to feedback to support performance and development
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
