Job Summary

N2S Healthcare Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing MRI procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exam Preparation: Verify patient orders, identify patients using two identifiers, and assist patients with a brief explanation of the procedure.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate MRI scanners and associated equipment with a high level of proficiency, including scanner, post-processing stations/programs, IV contrast injectors, O2 and suction equipment, patient transport, and patient monitoring equipment.
  • Image Quality Evaluation: Evaluate technical quality of images and consult with a Radiologist if needed.
  • Contrast Administration: Prepare and administer IV contrast according to departmental protocols.
  • Patient Care: Perform basic patient care functions and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited two-year AMA-approved program in Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology or active enrollment in a ARMRIT or ARRT registry-eligible program.
  • Experience: 2 years of MRI Technologist experience, preferably with Siemens MRI Magnet.
  • Certifications: ARRT and BLS - AHA.
