Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Westmoreland Country Club. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Members and Guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our club.Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to Members and Guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement drink menus, specials, and promotions to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to Member and Guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality products.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in a high-end Restaurant, Country Club, or Hotel.
  • Current Food Handler Certificate and Bartender for Alcohol Certificate.
  • Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight up to 35lbs.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduling as needed.
