Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live independently and with dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and conversation to clients
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and clean up after meals
  • Assist with mobility and transfer clients safely
  • Provide reminders and support for appointments and daily routines
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Assist with errands and outings
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries
