As a Home Health Aide, you will work one-on-one with our patients to assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and enhance their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide support with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
  • Assist patients with mobility and transfer tasks, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Monitor patients’ condition and report any changes to our agency director or accounts manager
Requirements
  • Current CNA certification in the state of TN
  • Successful completion of a competency evaluation
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet clients’ needs
  • Good communication and organizational skills
