Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tour Guide to lead our motorcycle groups on exciting adventures across the country. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Safely leading motorcycle groups and providing a memorable experience for our clients
  • Working closely with our support team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable tour
  • Communicating with clients via email and phone to deliver a clear message
  • Performing research on routes, attractions, and national parks to enhance the tour experience
  • Tracking and updating social media platforms to share the group's progress and experience
  • Monitoring and tracking expenses charged to our company credit card and petty cash

Desired qualifications include:

  • Previous tour guide experience, especially motorcycle tours
  • Valid motorcycle license and basic riding skills
  • CPR certification
  • Proficiency in the use of a GPS
  • Ability to exercise leadership abilities while working closely with people in a variety of challenging situations

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of tour guide experience
  • Advanced knowledge of different bike manufacturers and models, specifically touring models
  • Advanced knowledge of North America roads, destinations, and attractions specific for motorcycles

Applicants must pass a background check and drug screening to qualify.
