Marketing Representative

As a Marketing Coordinator at Jimmy Thompson - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our marketing goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Support local community events and help manage the website and social media content.

Requirements:

• Sales experience and a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers and achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred, and the ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses.
