The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is looking for a Membership Operations Specialist to join our team at the J.M. Tull Gwinnett Family YMCA. As a key member of our membership operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members and guests, while also supporting the sale of memberships and program offerings.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests, and program participants in the branch and on the phone.
- Sell memberships and program offerings to new and existing members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, volunteers, and collaborative partners.
- Direct and resolve membership concerns, informing your supervisor of unusual situations or unresolved issues.
