Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Rio Grande Regional Hospital. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain high-quality diagnostic images using various imaging modalities.
  • Scan labels and document patient information accurately.
  • Resolve quality assurance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure images are released to radiologists in a timely manner.
  • Verify orders are valid and entered correctly.
  • Transport patients as needed to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or registered School of Radiology.
  • Current registration with A.R.R.T. is required.
  • Current certification with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT) is required.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
  • One year of previous experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
