Position: Program Supervisor for Women's Services
Work Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Role Overview:
The Program Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing specific operational and clinical functions under the guidance of the clinical supervisor. This position emphasizes collaboration with clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Duties:
Maintain an active case load as dictated by program requirements.
Supervise the counseling team as directed by the Clinical Supervisor or Director.
Oversee clinical service coverage and participate in scheduled team meetings.
Provide monthly program status reports to the Clinical Director.
Engage in strategic planning alongside the Clinical Director and implement relevant initiatives.
Develop and initiate program enhancements with the treatment team.
Contribute to the creation and execution of policies and procedures. - Financial Oversight:
Assist in managing and submitting daily billing for services rendered. - Human Resource Development:
Support the orientation and training of new counseling staff and interns.
Contribute to the establishment of a Volunteer Services Program.
Maintain necessary licenses and certifications while pursuing ongoing professional development. - Program Management:
Assist in upholding county and state contracts as required.
Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor and Director on program development initiatives.
Make informed recommendations regarding the admission of new clients.
Input client data into relevant systems and monitor treatment plan compliance.
As a vital member of the treatment team, you will provide clinical support to clients, facilitate group and individual sessions, and actively participate in staff and clinical meetings. Continuous professional development through training and workshops is encouraged, along with participation in quality improvement committees.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a relevant degree (LCADC, CADC, MA/MSW/LAC/LSW or equivalent) and have a minimum of two years of experience in addiction treatment. A comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs of individuals with substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment practices is essential.
