Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional dental care to our patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch oral health services, including screenings, cleanings, and assisting dentists with exams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients into the treatment area and ensure their comfort and satisfaction
  • Discuss dental care plans with patients and address any questions or concerns they may have
  • Prepare and maintain sterilized equipment for exams and procedures
  • Take vital signs and accurately record medical histories
  • Evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
  • Remove plaque and apply fluoride treatments
  • Teach patients good oral hygiene techniques
  • Create dental impressions and take x-rays as needed
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-certified school, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
  • Current Dental Hygienist licensure
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and dentistry safety guidelines
  • Able to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
