About the Role

We are seeking a Gaming Journalist to join our team as a Sports Games Writer.

This is a freelance, REMOTE position with an estimated salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive familiarity and knowledge about all things Sports Games, including WWE 2K, Madden, PGA Tour, and other popular titles. They should be able to research, pitch, and write features coverage surrounding these games.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing a minimum of 25 articles per month, pitching regular content, and researching popular games. They must be able to work under tight deadlines and submit articles for publication on time.

We require applicants to provide a CV, cover letter, and 2-3 samples of previously written work covering video games. A solid grasp of SEO practices and the ability to communicate niche ideas to a wide audience are essential.
