Job Overview

The Patient Services Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient service centers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in phlebotomy and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment and requires excellent communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues effectively. The successful candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling patient information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the efficient operation of patient service centers
  • Coordinating daily activities and tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Patient Service Center environment
