Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, document, evaluate, and teach patients' needs and care
  • Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician
  • Manage a caseload of patients with diverse health conditions, providing pertinent patient education, treatment, and emotional support
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress, medication, and plan of care accurately and concisely
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of Missouri
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school
  • One year of experience in a related field (preferably in home health or hospice care)
  • BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association
