Inspiring 5th Grade Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 5th Grade Teacher to join our supportive school community in Sierra Vista, AZ.

• Design and implement engaging and differentiated lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Create a supportive classroom environment that promotes inquiry, critical thinking, and collaboration.
• Utilize effective instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community members to support students' holistic development.

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field (Master's preferred).
• Valid teaching certification in Elementary Education (Arizona certification a plus).
• Experience teaching at the elementary level, particularly 5th grade, is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for inspiring young learners.

• Petitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications ($30-$40 per hour).
