Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team in the Sonora area. As a Caregiver, you will work directly with seniors and their families to provide personalized care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide non-medical care to seniors in their own homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families.
  • Help seniors get into and out of bed as needed, and assist with mobility and transfers.
  • Perform duties as assigned on senior care service plans, including light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Inspire a positive, can-do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments, and hobbies.
  • Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home.
Requirements
  • Submit to a criminal background investigation, motor vehicle driving record check, and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Possess a valid current driver's license, automobile insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
  • Possess a PCA, HHA, or CNA license, or have 6 months of experience as a caregiver (preferred but not required).
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Be able to service the Sonora, Tuolumne County, and Calaveras County, CA area.
