Job Description

Victoria Logistics Carrier LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Owner-Operator to join our team as an independent contractor for reefer truck operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain a fleet of reefer cargo vans and box trucks
  • Transport refrigerated goods across various routes and territories
  • Manage daily operations, including vehicle maintenance, fueling, and logistics
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery
Requirements:
  • Ownership of a Sprinter Reefer or Box Truck Reefer
  • Valid driver's license and commercial driver's license (CDL)
  • Minimum 6 months of driving experience
  • Proficiency in basic English and Russian language skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:

Competitive rates per mile, with potential for a minimum average monthly salary of $10,000 or more, dependent on factors such as vehicle type, commitment to work, payload capacity, possession of Hazmat certification, TSA/TWIC cards, and timely communication.
