Concessions Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

The Concessions Logistics Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our concessions logistics. This position is responsible for checking in hourly employees and non-profit group volunteers on event days, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and are in proper uniform. The Concessions Logistics Assistant will also assist with product distribution from Warehouse to Concessions locations as needed, manage inventory levels, and dispatch warehouse staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Represent Food and Beverage at Check-In at all events, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for staff and volunteers.
Monitor major shortages in Concessions locations and communicate with leadership to prepare for event opening.
Serve as a point person for Concessions staff to call in Warehouse for product and technician needs during events.
Take phone calls from Concessions staff to close out for the night, comparing inventory usage to POS sales to assign recounts as necessary.

Requirements

2 years of professional work experience in Administration, Finance, Data, or similar fields.
Quick to learn business operations, functions, and processes.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), Email, and Database Management.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks appropriately.
Strong analysis skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Must demonstrate discipline, self-reliance, dependability, and good judgment.

Work Environment
