Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
  • Work with patients who have multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is preferred
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus
