Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Effectively coordinate the flow of orders from servers to the kitchen, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
  • Priority Management: Prioritize orders to meet the needs of our guests, maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the final preparation of dishes, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Inspect dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature, guaranteeing a superior dining experience.
  • Service Delivery: Expedite the delivery of orders, maintaining a fast and efficient service.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation, and dishwashing, ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of the premises to maintain quality and sanitation standards, contributing to a clean and safe environment.
  • Communication: Facilitate the exchange of information between the kitchen and wait staff, ensuring seamless service.

Requirements and Skills
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Expeditor or in a similar role in the restaurant industry.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to use kitchen equipment, utensils, and carry heavy trays, requiring physical stamina.
