Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Rose Surgical Center. As a key member of our ambulatory surgery center, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic procedures under the direction of our physicians.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble necessary supplies and positioning aids for scheduling procedures according to physician preference cards
  • Test and monitor equipment for proper working condition
  • Document records and other forms accurately, adhering to approved policies and procedures
  • Confirm that all individuals in the room are appropriately shielded before activating x-ray
  • Communicate patient status information to other staff responsible for patient care
  • Perform required maintenance of instruments, supplies, and equipment by adhering to cleaning, care, storage, and calibration procedures
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiology required
  • 1+ years' experience as a Radiology Technologist, preferably in an operating room or surgery center setting
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
  • BLS required
