Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain printing machinery to ensure high-quality output.
  • Set up and adjust printing equipment according to specific job requirements.
  • Monitor production runs for precision and quality assurance.
  • Identify and resolve any issues during the printing process.
  • Work closely with graphic designers to finalize print layouts and designs.
  • Utilize design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, for print preparation.
  • Adhere to color management protocols for accurate color reproduction.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on printing machinery.

This is a full-time, temporary role with a work schedule of 56 hours per week, including evening and overnight shifts. The hourly wage is $18, with overtime compensation at $27 per hour for 16 hours. Employees will receive weekly payments and full benefits starting after the first week of employment.
