The successful candidate will possess familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as measuring instruments. Comprehensive training will be provided for the operation and upkeep of machine presses, which involves continuous movement to maintain an efficient production flow and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain printing machinery to ensure high-quality output.
- Set up and adjust printing equipment according to specific job requirements.
- Monitor production runs for precision and quality assurance.
- Identify and resolve any issues during the printing process.
- Work closely with graphic designers to finalize print layouts and designs.
- Utilize design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, for print preparation.
- Adhere to color management protocols for accurate color reproduction.
- Conduct routine maintenance on printing machinery.
This is a full-time, temporary role with a work schedule of 56 hours per week, including evening and overnight shifts. The hourly wage is $18, with overtime compensation at $27 per hour for 16 hours. Employees will receive weekly payments and full benefits starting after the first week of employment.
