Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the installation of new HVAC/R systems, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Perform routine service and maintenance on commercial HVAC/R equipment, identifying and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot complex HVAC/R problems and develop effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service calls and maintenance activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve our services
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC/R service and installation, with a strong background in commercial systems
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test, as well as hold a valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on technical skills and problem-solving
