BASIC FUNCTION:

  • Determine appropriate action within clearly defined guidelines
  • Observe health and safety regulations
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Any combination equivalent to graduation as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse and one year comprehensive nursing experience.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Valid Kentucky driver's license, criminal background check, CAN check, physical, TB risk assessment, drug screen. 185 days per year, 7.25 hours per day. LPN starts at $18.22/hour up to $24.92/hour (27 years of experience). Registered nurses start at $19.45/hour up to years of experience.
