Job SummaryWe are seeking a Patient Representative PRN to join our team. As a Patient Representative, you will be responsible for providing expertise and championing patient care. You will work closely with our clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Check-in patients in a timely manner and ensure all Web Check-in procedures are followed.
- Answer phone calls to the clinic and provide information or refer questions to others as needed.
- Verify insurance timely and accurately.
- Ensure occupational clients' preference cards are followed and occupational procedures are completed.
- Review patient paperwork to ensure completeness and collect necessary insurance/demographic information.
- Complete Daily Balance Checklists after each shift, including all forms of payment and documentation.
- Will travel/float between all MD Now locations within assigned areas, preferred.
- 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting, preferred.
- Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start, required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work with multiple computer programs.
