Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Ensure that the customer remains the top priority, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
  • Merchandising: Uphold company standards for merchandising presentation, creating visually appealing displays that showcase products in the best possible light.
  • Sales: Generate sales, add-ons, and develop relationships with customers to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, members of management, and store associates to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour.
