Swim Coach Position AvailableAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Swim Coach to join our team at Goldfish Swim School - Redmond. As a Swim Coach, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels how to swim and stay safe in the water. You will also be required to maintain a safe and clean learning environment, enforcing pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about teaching and working with children. If you have experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, or camp counselor, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement lesson plans for students of all ages and skill levels
  2. Maintain a safe and clean learning environment
  3. Enforce pool rules and regulations
  4. Evaluate student progress and provide feedback
  5. Interact with parents/guardians on their child's progress
Requirements:
  • Certified lifeguard or CPR/AED certification preferred
  • Experience working with children aged 6 months to 12 years old
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits:
