Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading food and beverage company in Grand Rapids, MI to fill a temporary Customer Support Specialist position. This role will be based on-site, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, starting late October and concluding at the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
Benefits

LHH Recruitment Solutions offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Additionally, our benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Our associates may also be eligible for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
