Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Women's Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Women's Health Division at GHR Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients in the OB-GYN and Maternity Units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of OBGYN with annual staff evaluations, assign, supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance on a daily basis.
  • Identify staff education needs and develop care plans to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Assist with reviewing, revising, and developing policies and procedures for the Nursery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform annual reviews of discharge instructions for Nursery and Post Partum patients.
  • Meet with healthcare agencies to address child and family concerns.
  • Assist in problem-solving, including delivery of patient care and proper chain of command.
  • Assist with developing, implementing, and evaluating Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Plans.
Requirements:
  • NY State RN License
  • Women's Health experience is ideal, but open to training RNs interested in women's health
  • At least 1 year of Med/Surg experience highly preferred, but open to New Grad with strong women's health rotations
  • Ability to create superior patient experiences and generate positive guest relations in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in medication administration and phlebotomy skills
  • Ability to cost-effectively manage resources and supplies
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $103,000 per year
  • Additional pay on weekends (on top of evening/night shift differential)
