Job Opportunity

Aerotek is currently seeking skilled Mig Welders to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Montgomery, PA. This is a long-term, full-time position with comprehensive training provided.

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Welders/Fabricators to contribute to our production team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about fabrication and production welding to grow their experience in the field.

Shift details:

  • Monday through Thursday: 10-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 8-hour shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Occasional Saturday shifts: 6-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Compensation:

  • Starting pay: $18.50 - $20.05 per hour, depending on experience and ability
  • Overtime: Time and a half

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in MIG welding required
  • Cosmetic welding skills necessary, not just structural
  • Able to weld overhead
  • Experience with stainless steel and carbon steel welding
  • Able to weld vertical downs and vertical ups
  • Able to weld horizontals

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for welding and fabricating various parts of truck bodies, including the frame, underbody, body, lift gates, and other components as needed

Experience Level:

  • 1 to 3 years of Mig welding experience

Work Environment:

  • Medium to heavy industrial facility
